Esther Olaciregui - Senior Architect
With over 21 years of experience, Esther combines her technical expertise with a creative and detail-oriented approach to successfully lead construction projects. Specializing in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision, she has consistently delivered high-quality results on residential and commercial projects. Her leadership skills and dedication to teamwork ensure that each project is handled with precision, from conception to delivery. Her client-oriented approach drives her passion for turning visions into tangible realities, always prioritizing excellence in service and personal connection with each client.
Esther has developed an extensive track record in the design and construction of residential, commercial, and educational projects. Her main projects include:
Apartment and Commercial Complex (2021-2022) – Design and construction of 5 apartments and 2 commercial premises (515.40 m²), in Juan de Acosta, Atlántico.
Luxury Family Homes (2020-2021) – Luxury home of 392.6 m² for Patricia Higgins and a home of 442 m² for the Chaljub Ramos family in Barranquilla.
Educational and Urban Development Projects (2018-2019) – Construction resident for the expansion of the Juan V Padilla Technical Educational Institution (4,474 m²) and the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Grama Construcciones (2011-2017) – Construction resident in multiple high-end housing and apartment tower projects, such as Villa Campestre del Mar (87 homes) and the Mar Azul project (128 apartments).
Urbanizadora Marin Valencia S.A. (2002-2011) – Assistant resident in residential projects of strata 4 to 6, including complexes such as Vista del Mar, Mirador del Mar and Castellana Real.
